Where are you located?
We are located in Tenleytown in upper NW Washington, DC.
Do you deliver?
All cakes are pick-up only, unless you are ordering a multi-tiered cake. Details about traveling safely with your cake will be provided with your order. Many customers use Uber package/collect with no issues.
How and when do I pay for my order?
All cakes under $150 require full payment at the time of ordering. Cakes over $150 require a 50% deposit to secure your order (see cancellation policy below and in T&Cs). The balance is due a week before pickup. Information about payment details will be provided with your order, but we accept payment via Stripe or Venmo.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
It’s important to us that no-one misses out on delicious cake! We are currently in the process of developing vegan and gluten-free options that do not compromise on taste. Please check back soon or follow us on Instagram for updates.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens and your event may not be able to go ahead. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so someone else can enjoy one of our delicious cakes! If you provide us with 14 days notice we will refund your deposit minus a 20% administration fee. Anything less and you will forfeit your deposit. Cancellations within 3 days of pickup will be charged the full amount.
Bento cakes cannot be cancelled, however the pickup date can be changed if you provide at least 3 days notice.
