Order confirmation and payment

Your order is not confirmed until full payment or a 50% deposit of the total amount is received. All cakes under $150 require full payment at the time of ordering. Cakes over $150 require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 days prior to pickup otherwise your order will unfortunately be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Bento cakes are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment information will be sent after placing your order, but we accept payment via Stripe and Venmo.

Cancellations

If you provide us with at least 14 days notice, your deposit (minus 20% administration fee) will be refunded. Anything less and you will forfeit your 50% deposit. All cancellations must be in writing and are at the discretion of Superbloom Cakes. Cancellations within 3 days of pickup will be charged the full order amount. Bento cakes cannot be cancelled, however, the pickup date can be changed if you provide 3 days notice.

Damage

Once the cake leaves our premises, Superbloom Cakes bears no responsibility for damage to the cake. All cakes are packaged securely and care instructions are provided with each order.

Allergens

While we take allergens very seriously and have extensive training in safe food handling, our cakes are made in a kitchen where dairy, nut, gluten and non-vegan products are present.
